HOUSE AT GOODMAN

Double Skin

A land that is sub-divided to create three units of bungalow houses sharing the almost identical DNA.

The simple monolithic geometry of planes and lines  are brought together to create the outer skin that hides the inner sanctum. The outer skin screen away traffic, noise and prying eyes. The double skin concept also creates verandas that funnel wind into The House and landscape planters that greenery can be enjoyed with privacy. The outer skin also shield like a protective shell which the occupants are free to shower in a glass case without fear of being seen.
